Llwynonn - Sea View Terrace

Stunning Seaside House

Situated right in the centre of the peaceful seaside village of Borth Y Gest, this period 19th century semi detached house offers a unique holiday location. It features breath-taking views of the Glaslyn estuary, and is literally a stone's throw from the beach.

The Property

Llwynonn sleeps up to six guests. This centrally heated period property has been lovingly maintained and we are confident you will enjoy your stay.

Downstairs there are two good sized sitting rooms, both with comfy settees, SMART TV's, and one with dining table and chairs. Both rooms have the original bay windows that look out over the estuary.

At the rear of the property there is a patio and garden area with picnic table and barbecue area. There is also an outside WC. The rear garden has mature trees and shrubs which provide privacy.

Upstairs there are three double rooms, two with double beds and featuring sea-views, and a third with two single beds. There is a spacious bathroom with a large shower, sink and WC. There is also a second separate upstairs WC.

All bedding, towels and tea towels are provided, and there are all of the usual extras in the property that you would expect:
